cherries - cure and medicine

Cherries were in composition over 70% water - just like us!The remaining 30% is a wonderful sachet that gives us these fruits, eg B complex vitamins (B1, B2, B6) - very necessary for energy in the body - and magnesium - whose absence makes us feeling tired and depressed.

Cherry high water content allows us to eat as many want, without even gaining weight! On the other hand, if we want to keep a diet with these fruits, it requires a large amount to get results.  For example, consuming at least half - to two pounds of cherries for a day or two a week, pushing the body eliminate toxins.

This will make you feel more rested during the day, our skin will become smoother and softer. Taking a course of cherries is remarkable results. There are two ways of following treatment: cure mini-cure or exclusive cure.

Mini-cure: morning on an empty stomach, start with a minimum dose of 100 g. 

Dose is increased gradually to reach the end of the third week to 500 g. The dose of 300 g, the amount is divided into three parts until noon, and not consume any other food. During the cure is not recommended for abuse of animal fats, refined sugar or alcohol.

Exclusive cure is for three or four days, during which they eat only cherries, this cure may be repeated every month.   Between one and another dose is recommended to drink bottled water.

The amount of cherries is between two and three pounds per day. 

Whatever the chosen fruit, a diet exclusive advertising always at its beginning, a certain caution, a progressive increase in the amount so as not to risk certain digestive disorders.  The reason is understandable: a long body with a regular food imbalance may react violently to a new way of eating.

Diet with cherries is also recommended for people with liver diseases, who regulates liver function, demineralized people, those with biliary disease, those with advanced state of fatigue, anemicilor, children with growth deficiencies, those with nervous disorders, as modern medicine recognizes sedative effect of this remarkable fruit. 

Cherries stimulates the body and have a favorable action on the natural immunity and also has a regulatory function of the digestive tract, especially intestinal fermentation.

Very high in potassium, this fruit is an excellent diuretic.

Cherries are rich in provitamin A, which increases visual acuity and maintain tissues (skin, mucosa, epithelium).   

Sugar is mostly levulose, perfectly assimilated by diabetics.

As you know, cherry stems have medicinal properties recommended in diseases of the urinary tract.  Besides their anti-inflammatory qualities, they are known to promote diuresis.

Diuretic and anti-inflammatory Tea: let it boil 30 g cherry tails for ten minutes in one liter of water. Strain. Drink three cups per day. 

Flu: let it soak cherries 50 g of queues in a liter of water for 12 hours. Then boil for ten minutes and leave to infuse another ten minutes.Strain. Preparation drink per day in four innings.

The icing is dry and tired complexions friend: a handful of cherry pits cleaned by them through the mixer, apply this paste on your face and relax tension in the horizontal. The mask has no effect if left to act for about 20 minutes. Rinse with mineral water (or necalcaroasa).
